What a great stay, no reason to complain. Quiet hotel, quiet atmosphere, MAGNIFICENT location close to everything. Location very close to Patong, Phuket, and centre of patong. For shots visit Symposium, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the venue. Very welcoming, outstandingly accommodating people working here.

Warm Hospitality: the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful that it felt like being greeted by old friends at every turn. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making us feel truly at home in their care.

The staff were all nice and helpful. We booked a grand deluxe king room, it was modest and compact.

We expected there would be lift, but didn't find it.
